Our prospecting tool is not just a database wrapper. It uses a dual-source validation strategy to ensure you only pitch to active, relevant businesses.
Data Sources
When you run a search (for example, “Software Companies in Austin”), we query two distinct networks simultaneously.
1. The Global B2B Layer (Apollo.io)
We search millions of corporate records to find companies matching your filters.
Key Data
- Employee count
- Revenue
- Industry tags
- Verified emails
Best For Filtering by company size or specific job titles.
2. The Local Verification Layer (Google Maps)
We cross-reference every result against live Google Maps data.
Key Data
- Open now status
- User ratings
- Physical address accuracy
Best For Ensuring the business is still active and verifying local presence.
The Golden Record: We merge these two sources into a single profile. If Apollo has the email address but Google has the correct phone number, we combine them so you get the best of both worlds.
Search Filters
You can refine your discovery using the following parameters.
Location
City, state, or country. We support global search.
Industry
Broad categories (for example, “Healthcare”) or specific niches (such as “Orthodontist”).
Employees
Filter by company size (for example, 1–10, 50–200, 1000+).
Revenue
Estimated annual revenue, where available.
Exporting Leads
Once you find prospects, you can add them to your Deal Pipeline. This moves them from the Discovery pool into your private CRM (Contact table), unlocking the ability to generate outreach campaigns.
