How It Works
Intent Engine
Define a targeting rule once. KithFlow runs every 6 hours, finds new companies, enriches them, and enrolls them in your outreach sequence automatically.
AI Inbox
Claude Haiku classifies every inbound reply in real time. OOO emails pause enrollments. Hot leads surface with a Claude Sonnet–drafted reply ready to send in one click.
Battlecard
Before a meeting, generate a per-prospect dossier: executive summary, pain points, pitch angles, tech stack signals, and the perfect opening line — all from live data.
Getting Started
New to KithFlow? Start here.
1. Account Setup
Create your organisation, invite teammates, and generate your API key. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. Email Setup
Connect Resend or your own SMTP provider. Set up inbound reply routing so the AI Inbox can triage your replies.

Safety & Control
Human-in-the-loop by design. Nothing is sent without your approval. The AI drafts replies and battlecards; you click Send or Approve. Sequence enrollments and reply actions are the only things that happen automatically — and all automated actions are logged and reversible.
