The Research Workflow

When you click Generate Email for a prospect, the following sequence occurs in the background.

URL Discovery

We check our database for the prospect’s website. If it is missing, we use the Google Places API to find it.

Live Scraping

Our Enrichment Service uses Firecrawl to visit the website in real time. This allows us to read dynamic content, including sites built with React, Next.js, or Vue.

Context Extraction

The AI reads the homepage and related pages, looking for relevant signals such as:

• Recent blog posts or case studies
• New product launches
• Company awards or milestones

Icebreaker Synthesis

The AI writes a custom opening sentence that connects your value proposition to the prospect’s recent activity or news.
