Deal Pipeline & CRM

KithFlow includes a lightweight, fully integrated CRM to help you manage and track the leads you generate.

Pipeline Stages

The pipeline uses a standard Kanban-style workflow with the following stages.

Lead

Fresh prospects imported from the Discovery tool.

Qualified

Leads that match your criteria or receive a high AI score.

Opportunity

Leads you have contacted, such as when an email is generated or sent.

Proposal

Leads you are actively negotiating with.

Won / Lost

Deals that have been closed.

Automated Activity Logging

One of the biggest pain points in sales is manual data entry. KithFlow automates this through the ContactActivity engine.

Import Events

When you add a prospect from search results, the action is logged automatically.

Email Events

When you generate or send an AI-written email, the activity is recorded.

Status Changes

Dragging a card from Lead to Qualified creates a timestamped history entry.

Contact Enrichment

Every contact card is backed by the Golden Record data structure, which includes the following information.

Verified Info

  • Phone
  • Address

Social Links

  • LinkedIn
  • Twitter
  • Facebook profiles, when available

Metadata

  • Industry
  • Employee count
  • Data source (Apollo or Google)
